What we can do
We can stop showing a company page, a person page or a specific fact in this directory, and exclude them from the sitemap so they are not indexed. This is a removal of our own copy, not of the official bulletin.
What we cannot do
We cannot alter the BORME: the bulletins are published by the Commercial Registry through the BOE and remain there. To correct the source you must contact the Commercial Registry.
How to request it
Write to the party responsible for this directory stating the company or the fact, the reason, and how we can verify that you are the person concerned or their representative:
To avoid improper removals, we need to verify that whoever asks is the person concerned or their representative. We respond within the GDPR deadline (one month).
