Who makes this directory
Jurilia Companies is a free directory of what the Official Gazette of the Commercial Registry publishes. It is made by the Jurilia team, a software company for law firms.
What it is
An organised, searchable copy of the BORME: a page for every company and sole trader, with its directors, its capital, its registered addresses and the facts the Registry has published, plus a page for every name that appears holding office. Every fact links to the official bulletin it comes from, so that anyone can check it.

How we work
We only publish what the BORME publishes. We do not buy data, we do not cross-reference it with other sources, we do not score anyone and we do not infer anything the bulletin does not say. If something has been copied wrongly, we fix it; if someone wants a page or a fact removed, we review it and respond within the GDPR deadline.
Today the directory holds 3,231,611 company pages, drawn from 4,416 bulletins published between 2 January 2009 and 2 October 2026.
